Why have I not received my order yet?

Due to unforeseen circumstances, it is possible that your order might get delayed. We always strive to deliver the product within 3-5 working days. Click on TRACK ORDER to get real time status of your order.H

How do I place a return/replacement request on Trend Arrest?
  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Trend Arrest, you can return the product to us within 30 Days of Delivery. A reverse pickup will be arranged from your doorstep (if service is available in your area), else one of our customer service executive will get in touch with you for further instructions.
  • To return an order, you can place return request through my account section.
  • The parcel should be in its original packaging and box as received along with all the trims & accessories (back support, clips, tags, laces, etc.) with the original invoice. Worn or damaged products will not be accepted.
  • At the time of returning order, you can ship the products back to our warehouse. In this case, please pack the products carefully and put one copy of invoice inside the box along with the products. Make sure you write our complete warehouse address on the packet along with the phone number.
I paid cash on delivery, how would I get the refund?

Refunds will be issued in your bank account only. We will reach out to you to request your bank details once the order is cancelled/returned.

How long will it take me to receive the refund for my return or cancel?

We take anywhere between 30 days to complete your refund request. For all pre-paid orders, the refund amount will be credited to the same account from where payment was made. For all Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made in the form of Store credit that can be used for your future purchase on Trend Arrest

If I receive a physically damaged product, can I get it replaced?

Delivery is usually safe, but, if you receive a damaged product you can return it. To avoid any hassle, go through the following steps:

  • 1. On delivery, check if the product is packed properly, is factory sealed and there is no physical damage to the carton.
  • 2. If you are concerned, don’t open the product yourself. Drop a mail support@kheft.com for further assistance.
If I receive a wrong product, can I get it replaced?

We take utmost care to ensure customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, if you receive a wrong product please raise a replacement request on support@kheft.com. You will also have the option to choose refund for the product.

Do I have to pay any shipping and delivery charges?

We offer Free Shipping on all orders of INR 499 & above. For orders below Rs. 499, we charge a flat shipping & handling fees of INR 45.
